SHIPPING AND POSTAGE
 
All orders placed before 10 AM within working days, we will be aiming to process for the same day dispatch, Orders after 10 AM business days are processed, roasted & dispatched within next working days.

• Orders placed before 10am – Order must be updated by 12pm the same day of order.

• Orders placed after 10am – Order must be updated by 12pm the following day from order.

*Standard Shipping is flat rate at AUD$7 with delivery timeframe of 2-7 business days.
*Express Shipping is starting from AUD$10.7 with delivery timeframe of 1-4 business days.
*Free Standard Shipping applicable to online orders over AUD$45.00 made in one transaction. For Australian orders only. For orders under AUD$45.00 incurs delivery fee.

We ship via standard parcels via Australia Post or Sendle which means we can ship to your home or office.  All orders sent via Standard Post & Sendle should arrive within 2-7 working days depending on your location. INCORRECT ADDRESSES

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter an incorrect address, we are not obliged to resend the order to the correct address at our expense.

PARCELL DOES NOT ARRIVE

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Reminiscence Coffee if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the delivery company . We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched solely at our discretion.
