Reward Point Program

1. The Reward Points program is offered by Reminiscence Coffee Roasters to registered account holders only.

2. Members earn 5 points for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases, and 50 points for creating an account.

3. Points can be redeemed at a rate of 50 points = $1 off future purchases.

4. Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity.

5. Points have no cash value, can't be transferred between accounts, and can't be redeemed for cash.

6. Reminiscence Coffee Roasters reserves the right to modify, pause, or end the Reward Points program at any time, with reasonable notice to members.

7. Changes to the Program

We will provide at least 14 days' notice of any material change to the Reward Points program — including changes to how points are earned, their redemption value, or expiration rules — via email to registered members and/or a notice on this page. We may make minor administrative updates, or end the program immediately where required by law, to prevent fraud, or due to technical necessity, without prior notice. Notices under this section are sent in accordance with the Communications terms set out in our [Privacy Policy / Terms of Use].

8. Fraudulent or abusive activity may result in points forfeiture or account suspension.

Passwords and logins
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords and login details and for all activities carried out under your password and login.
